1. General Policy
Saksham Sansthan Jaipur is a non-profit social welfare organization. Donations received are used for medical camps, healthcare support, educational initiatives, and community welfare activities for underprivileged people.
As a general rule, donations once made are non-refundable, because the funds are allocated promptly toward ongoing welfare activities.
2. Refund Eligibility
A refund may be considered only in the following exceptional cases:
- If the donation amount was debited multiple times due to a technical error
- If the donor entered an incorrect amount by mistake
- If the transaction was unauthorized or fraudulent
- If the payment was made but the receipt was not generated due to a system error
3. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, the donor must email us within 7 days of the transaction with:
- Full Name
- Donation Date
- Donation Amount
- Transaction ID / Payment Reference
- Reason for refund request
- Screenshot of transaction (if available)

4. Verification & Processing
- All refund requests are subject to verification by our accounts team.
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
- Saksham Sansthan Jaipur reserves the right to accept or reject refund requests based on verification.
